So cute. I remember singing songs with my dad as he played his guitar. They are some of the greatest memories I have with him. The songs always made me cry though. The Titanic, Tom Dooley, and some other song about the winter of his life. Might have to have a talk with him about his song choices...but still great memories.Great to hear you are doing well!Katrina
Thanks, Katrina... I'm sure that the little girl in this video will cherish her memories of singing with her dad, too!
Children always teach us important lessons and remind us how we once were, and maybe can be again - living in the moment with joy, spontaneity and total unself conciousness. We can't revert to childhood, but we most certainly can embrace some of its values.
So lovely. I have bought three ukeleles and given each away to people who said they'd like to learn… Feeling the need to go and buy another!
Good idea, Kate! I find people who want to learn also need some lessons and people to play with. In the town where I live, there are several ukulele groups.
Alden, I think that in important ways we adults are, inside, still the kids we used to be.
