News & Notes for December 4, 2012

Frank Bacon shows how many days we've been in kindergarten.

There must be a bug going around the school for kindergarten, like other classes at Dunham, is experiencing more absences than usual. Today Carley, whose day it was today for sharing was ill. We sent her a note in the form of the morning message.

Can your child read some of this?

Today Ryder nailed the Queen's cards so we got a little extra time to play indoors. Thanks, Ryder.

A few reminders:

No centers tomorrow. No parent volunteers tomorrow, please. We are going to rehearse for our Winter Concert. Andy Tester is the only parent we need for that and I don't want other parents to see the show we are planning for you.

Tomorrow pack a lunch. Kindergarten will dismiss at 1:30, after Tribes. (Tribes is another thing we do at Dunham like buddies that is designed to widen your child's connection to our school.)

Thursday evening from 6 to 7 PM there is a Science Night here at the school.
