We enjoyed two egg hunts this morning, the traditional hunt for plastic eggs in front of the school and a new hunt—for real eggs colored by the fifth grade buddies—down at the creek. It was a good day, a nice way to finish off the winter trimester and head off into spring break.
Here's the class lined up just before the first hunt.
Here we are at the creek with our fifth grade buddies.
The party was outdoors in weather perfect for a picnic.
Fifth graders love Buddy Days, too! They're lobbying for a day-long buddy day at the end of the year.
The party's almost over. Everyone had a good time.
Pleas check by here during the break. I'll post regularly.
